Therapeutic Approach

Using evidence-based practice from both the traditional and energy psychology approaches,  Dr. Kassia will tailor a treatment to meet your individual needs. What this means is that, once Kassia gets to know you, your current struggles, problems and concerns and the blocks that are preventing you from achieving a desired change and reaching your goals, rather than using a structured “one-size-fits all” manualized treatment, your treatment may incorporate aspects of multiple treatment modes (See Below).  Some treatment modes are more effective with different individuals and for different concerns. She believes that compassion, empathy, flexibility and creativity with therapeutic skills is important while still adhering to a treatment plan designed to achieve the desired outcome.
